How is SocialSurvey addressing the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) for the Create WOW Summit?

We are closely monitoring the coronavirus outbreak and as of today, we expect the Summit to go ahead as planned September 13 – 15 in Nashville. We are fully committed to taking appropriate precautions to provide a safe and healthy environment for attendees and will continue to work with all of our vendors to ensure a high-quality experience. Any changes to operating status will be communicated immediately to all registered meeting attendees. 

We understand that in uncertain times like these it is hard to commit to something so far ahead, so we have added more flexibility to our pricing. If the Summit has to be rescheduled or canceled due to health concerns, 100% of your purchase will be credited towards the next SocialSurvey event, either later this year or in 2021. In addition, any tickets purchased can be transferable to another person of your choosing in your company.

When does “discount” pricing expire?

The discounted pricing expires on June 1, 2020. After June 1, the price will increase to $895 per person.

What is included in the cost of my ticket?

The conference fee includes all conference materials, sessions, meals, entertainment, and promotional items on Sept. 13 – 15.

Can someone take my place if I am unable to attend?

If you are unable to attend the Create WOW Summit, you may transfer your registration to another person by emailing createwow@socialsurvey.com. No substitutions will be allowed after August 1, 2020.

What is the recommended attire for the Create WOW Summit?

Casual, business casual, black tie—just have a comfortable experience. Our CEO and most employees wear jeans and sneakers.

Who should I contact if I have special dietary needs or allergies, or require special assistance in any way?

Please specify your dietary needs or special requirements while registering. If the options available do not allow you to explain any of your needs clearly, please send an email to createwow@socialsurvey.com.

Do you have documents to help me justify my registration and trip?

A document that outlines why the Create WOW Summit will provide the most value over any other Customer Experience event is coming soon!

Agenda & Sessions

Will conference presentations be made available after the event?

All presentation decks approved for distribution by the presenter will be available a few weeks following the conference. Please note that all speakers have the option to opt-out of sharing their presentations publicly once the event concludes.

Hotel & Accomodations

Is my hotel fee included in the conference registration fee?

No, the conference registration fee does not include hotel room fees or transportation costs.

Are there special conference hotel rates?

Yes, a discounted rate for a standard room has been negotiated for Create WOW Summit attendees at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown and Moxy Nashville Downtown.

How do I book a hotel room for the Create WOW Summit?

Which airport is closest to the venue?

Nashville International Airport (BNA)

Is airfare included in my conference registration?

No, the conference fee does not include airfare or transportation costs.

How do I arrange transportation from the airport to my lodging?

The event venue is approximately 8 miles (15 minute drive) from Nashville International Airport. There is no need to pre-arrange arrival transportation. Ride-sharing options are available, or you can secure a taxi upon arrival at the airport. Average ride-sharing or taxi fare to go to downtown Nashville is about $20-25.

Is parking included in my conference registration fee?

No, parking/valet fees are not included as part of your conference registration cost. The Music City Center Garage offers self-parking at $25 per day.
