No, the conference registration fee does not include hotel room fees or transportation costs.

Are there special conference hotel rates?

Yes, a discounted rate for a standard room has been negotiated for Create WOW Summit attendees at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown and Moxy Nashville Downtown.

Is airfare included in my conference registration?

No, the conference fee does not include airfare or transportation costs.

How do I arrange transportation from the airport to my lodging?

The event venue is approximately 8 miles (15 minute drive) from Nashville International Airport. There is no need to pre-arrange arrival transportation. Ridesharing options are available, or you can secure a taxi upon arrival at the airport. Average ridesharing or taxi fare to go to downtown Nashville is about $20-25.

Is parking included in my conference registration fee?

No, parking/valet fees are not included as part of your conference registration cost. The Music City Center Garage offers self-parking at $25 per day.
